FINDINGS
A. Feasibility
The writer got the proponent factors of Job Training
are :
1. Staves in UPTD are friendly.
2. If the writer found complicated matters they give
direction.
3. Guidance from teachers and job training guardian.
4. Near from writer’s home.
5. The equipments are complete.
6. Condition of work situation is not noisy.
The inhibiting factors
of Job Training are :
1. Sometimes the students are bored because there isn’t
the work that can
do.
2. The room is not too vast.
3. The things in UPTD DikporaBanjarsari are not proper.
4. The equipments are unkeep.
5. The writer could not actualize the knowledge of
accounting maximally because almost all the jobs given using more office
administration knowledge than the real accounting knowledge.
